Gangster killed, police official injured in shootout at GMC Kathua

Kathua Apr 03 (KS): A gangster was gunned down while a Police official sustained injuries in a shootout at Government Medical College Kathua on Tuesday late night

A top police officer told news agency Kashmir Scroll that a group of gangsters engaged in a shootout with Police, which resulted in on-the-spot killing of a gangster and injuries to police official Deepak Sharma.

“The injured police official has been lifted to a nearby hospital for treatment,” the officer said.
