Four shops, granary mill damaged in Awantipora blaze
Srinagar, July 30 (KS):- At least four shops and a granary mill was damaged in a fire mishap in Gulzar Pora area of Awantipora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
An official told the news agency Kashmir Scroll that in early morning , Fire caught in the Granary mill of Bashir Ahmad wani son of Gh mohd wani resident of Gulzarpora near Higher secondary school Gulzarpora Awantipora.
He said that fire has been brought under control by the collective efforts of fire services , Police and the locals and cause of fire is believed to be electrical short circuit.
He said that in the incident four shops and a granary mill got partially damaged, however, there is no loss of life or injury to anyone.
He said that further investigation in this regard has been taken up.(KS)
