ECI approves new postings in Kashmir: Imtiyaz Hussain Mir is new SSP Sgr, Zaid SSP Baramulla, Jeelani SSP Kupwara, Ifroze SP Handwara

Srinagar, Aug 30 (NVI): Election Commission of India today approved the names of senior superintendents of Police  and Superintendents of Police (SPs) for new postings that include Imtiyaz Hussain Mir as SSP Srinagar.

As per an order issued by the ECI, the Commission approved the followings for posting as SP/SSPs.
Imtiyaz Hussain Mir as SSP Srinagar
Muhammad Zaid as SSP Baramulla
Ghulam Jeelani Wani as SSP Kupwara
Ifroze Ahmed as SP Handwara

The orders reads that the Commission approved the proposal of posting of incumbent officers as proposed. “A compliance report to the above be furnished to the Commission urgently,” the order reads— (News Vibes of India )
