Elderly man injured after attacked by bear in Larnoo Anantnag

Srinagar, April 12 (KS):- An elderly man was injured after he was being attacked by wild bear at Larnoo area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that wild bear attacked one person namely Gull Mohd Dangroo (60) son of Ab Aziz Dangroo resident Lessu Larnoo and he received injuries.
He said that Dangroo was taken to PHC Larnoo for treatment where after first aid he has been referred to GMC Anantnag for further treatment.
He has received injuries on face, neck and arm.
Locals have demanded the attention of the wildlife department.(KS)
