Dy CM Surinder Chowdhary Accuses BJP-Backed Daily Wagers of Political Meddling

Jammu, Mar 22, KNT: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chowdhary has alleged that certain daily wagers in Jammu and Kashmir are acting as representatives of the BJP, accusing them of attempting to sabotage the government’s initiatives aimed at public welfare.

While talking to reporters, Chowdhary claimed that BJP-sponsored leaders within daily wager unions are trying to derail efforts being made by the administration. “After a decade, an elected government has been formed in Jammu and Kashmir, and a committee has been constituted on expected lines to address the concerns of daily wagers,” he said.

Issuing a stern warning, Chowdhary asserted that employees should focus on their work instead of engaging in politics. “Those who are backed by the BJP and are using their positions to play politics will not be tolerated. They are employees and should act as such rather than politicizing the issue,” he remarked. [KNT]
