Srinagar : (JKNN) In a significant development, Abid Mushtaq, an accomplished all-rounder from Doda, Jammu and Kashmir, has emerged as the second player from the region to be acquired by an Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise. Abid, recognized for his stellar performances at the national level, has finally found a place in the prestigious IPL, joining the Rajasthan Royals at his base price of 0.20 Cr. (20 Lacs).
This acquisition follows the earlier selection of his compatriot and pacer, Rasikh Salam, who was picked up by the Delhi Capitals for the same base price of 0.20 Cr.
