DLSA to conduct Lok-Adalat for Bank Recovery Cases on July 20

SRINAGAR, JULY 04 (JKNN) As per plan of action/Lok-Adalat calendar for the year, 2024, issued by J&K Legal Services Authority, the District Legal Services Authority Srinagar is scheduled to conduct Lok-Adalat for Bank Recovery Cases on 20th of July, 2024 at District Court complex Srinagar as well as Addl. Spl. Mobile Magistrate, 13th FC, Pantha Chowk Srinagar, for expected amicable settlement of Bank Recovery Cases, pending in the courts at various levels.
The Persons/Litigants/Banks desirous of settling their matters through said Lok-Adalat are informed to approach District Legal Services Authority Srinagar/concerned court for referring their pending or Pre-Litigation cases to the said Lok-Adalat for settlement by or before 18th of July , 2024
