District Police Srinagar Organizes Workshop and Quiz on New Criminal Laws
Srinagar, 27/06/2024 (JKNN) The District Police Srinagar, Zone Hazratbal, held a workshop and quiz today on three new criminal laws: BNS, BNSS, and BSA.
The event was chaired by SP Hazratbal Shri Hilal Khaliq Bhat JKPS.
Prominent attendees included Dr. Naseer Iqbal, Registrar, Dr. Mohammed Hussain, HoD/Dean, Department of Law, Joint Registrar/Special Secretary to the Hon’ble VC, the Chief Proctor of the University of Kashmir, SDPO Zakoora Shri Ashiq Hussain, SDPO Hazratbal Shri Ashiq Hussain, SHO Nigeen, DO Hazratbal, as well as numerous law students and faculty members.
The program featured a quiz competition among the law students, with cash rewards given to the winners.
The Police Zone Hazratbal also presented mementos to the dignitaries from Kashmir University in recognition of their contributions.
