Delhi Police Nabs Key Lashkar-e-Taiba Operative in Kupwara, Unveiling Cross-Border Arms Nexus

Srinagar, Feb 06 (KS) : Delhi Police apprehends an active member of the Lashkar-e-Taiba module operating in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district leading to a significant blow to the terrorist organization’s activities.

Official sources told news agency Kashmir Scroll that the individual, identified as Riyaz Ahmed, was instrumental in procuring arms and ammunition from across the Line of Control (LOC).

He said this arrest will aid in dismantling the militant network and contribute towards maintaining peace and security in the region.

The official further added that mobile phones and SIM card were recovered from his procession, he said further investigation has set into motion. (KS)
