Shop Owned By Individual Accused in Killing of Udhampur Circus Worker Seized in Anantnag
Srinagar, Nov 8 (GNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Police have seized a shop, owned by an individual accused of killing a circus worker from Udhampur, in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
The District Police Anantnag, as per GNS, seized the shop owned by one Umer Amin Thoker accused of his involvement in the killing of Deepak Kumar, a circus worker, from Udhampur.
The shop owner was booked under FIR number 171/2023 under sections 302 IPC, 7/27, 25 A.Act 16, 18,20, 23, 38, 39 UA (P) Act.
Notably, the killing of Deepak Kumar took place on May 29 this year near Janglat Mandi Anantnag. (GNS)
