01/05/2024 (JKNN) Commissioner Owais Ahmed of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) inspected the advancement of the Smart City project in Srinagar. He mentioned that considering the climatic conditions, priority will be given to macadamizing roads.
He also stated that there are currently 100 e-buses operating, out of which 98 are in operation and 2 are reserved.
The underground work for the Smart City project has been completed, and the remaining work will be finished in the next month and a half, with the deadline for the Dredge Line project set for June 30th.
