Cold Nights: UT Ladakh And Kashmir Experience Freezing Temperatures

Srinagar 12/10/2024 (JKNN) Several parts of Ladakh and Kashmir are experiencing freezing temperatures as cold nights set in, with some regions recording below-freezing temperatures. According to the latest data compiled by Kashmir Weather Forecast, here are the notable readings:

Srinagar city recorded today night temperature of 7.0°C, while in kupwara it was recorded at 6.5°C.

Nyoma: -5.0°C

Tangtse Durbuk: -2.3°C

Padum: -2.8°C

Drass: -1.3°C

Shopian: 1.9°C

Sonamarg: 3.9°C

Bandipora: 3.9°C

Pulwama: 3.5°C

Anantnag: 3.2°C

Baramulla: 6.5°C

Budgam: 4.3°C

With temperatures dropping, residents are bracing for colder nights ahead, as the region prepares for a harsh winter season.
