Budgam road accident: Injured trooper dies in Srinagar hospital

Budgam, Oct 19, KNT: One among the 12 injured security personnel has succumbed to his injuries at a Srinagar hospital this morning.
Pertinently, A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) truck carrying dozens of personnel had skidded off the road in the Khaigam area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday, resulting in injuries to 12 security personnel.
Some critically injured personnel were admitted at a private hospital in Srinagar outskirts.
Hospital sources confirmed that one of the injured personnel identified as Bikas Orion succumbed to his injuries on Saturday morning.
His body will be airlifted to his native state. [KNT]
