BSF head constable collapses at camping site in Kupwara, dies

Srinagar, Sep 15 (NVI): A Border Security Force (BSF) personnel died late Saturday evening after collapsing at a camping site in North Kashmir Kupwara district.

An official told NVI that a head constable of the Border Security Force collapsed unconscious at the ITI Galizoo camping site.

He said the constable was immediately taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kupwara, where doctors declared him brought dead.

He added the head constable was later identified as Sheesh Ram, and his body was handed over to the concerned BSF unit after the completion of all medico-legal formalities for conducting further procedures.

Meanwhile, an investigation has been taken up.—(News Vibes of India)
