Driver killed in Banihal road accident
Ramban, Nov 13, KNT: A road accident near the Banihal area of Jammu Kashmir’s Ramban district claimed the life of the driver on Wednesday morning.
Police sources told the news agency Kashmir News Trust that a speeding truck (JK20C-4407) went out of control from the driver and met with an accident on Banihal Bypass.
The driver of the ill-fated truck who has been identified as Bablu Kumar son of Choni Lal, a resident of Metra village of Ramban died on the spot.
The truck suffered extensive damage in the accident. [KNT]
