Boy drowns to death, another rescued in Rajouri
Srinagar, June 16 (KS):- A boy drowned to death while as another one was rescued when they were taking a bath in Nowshera area of Rajouri district on Sunday afternoon.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that two boys namely Amandeep Singh (15) son of Kamaljeet Singh and Nakshpreet Singh (15) son of Kulveer Singh both residents of Choki were taking bath in Munnawar Tawi Nowshera.
He said that both the boys got drowned in the river and rescued after a while following which they were shifted to SDH Nowshera,where Amandeep Singh was declared as brought dead.

He said that Nakshpreet Singh was referred to GMC Rajouri from further treatment.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.(KS)
