BJP should accept people’s verdict, stay away from playing any tricks: Omar Abdullah amid Counting

Srinagar, Oct 08 (NVI): National Conference (NC) Vice President Omar Abdullah today said that NC-Congress combine is hopeful of a victory and that the BJP should accept the people’s verdict and stay away from playing any tricks.

“We are hopeful of emerging victorious today as the vote counting is underway, ” he told reporters in Srinagar, adding that BJP should accept peoples verdict and pull out from playing any tricks.

He said NC-Congress alliance was forged with a hope of getting better results.

He also said that the Centre should also accept the people’s verdict the way they accepted it in the parliamentary polls. “Trends seem to be in our favour, let’s wait a few more hours, ” he said(News Vibes of India)
