BJP Displays Reluctance to Participate in Elections, Claims Omar Abdullah

Srinagar, Sep 28 (KS) ; The former chief minister and National Conference vice President Omar Abdullah criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing them of being apprehensive about going for elections.
Speaking to the media,as per Kashmir Scroll news agency Abdullah expressed his views, emphasizing that the BJP lacks the courage to engage in elections. He further remarked that the party is even fearful of contesting ULB/panchayat elections, as they anticipate a widespread boycott in both Jammu and Kashmir.
Abdullah added that, at present, the focus seems to be solely on the forthcoming parliamentary elections, as the enthusiasm for the other two elections appears to be lacking.
In response to a recent meeting held in Jammu, Abdullah remarked positively, stating that it is encouraging to witness leaders convene and discuss the ongoing situation in Kashmir.
He highlighted the significance of the meeting taking place in Jammu, as it provides a platform for leaders to gather and analyze the current conditions in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. (KS)
