Bihar lady victim of human trafficking rescued in Bandipora:- Police

Srinagar, Feb 18(KS):- A lady from Bihar who had become a victim of human trafficking has been rescued in Bandipora area of North Kashmir.

An official told News Agency Kashmir Scroll that Bandipora police rescued a lady victim of human trafficking belonging to Bihar, illegally sold to one person namely Zahoor Ahmad Sheikh son of Nazir Ahmad resident of Banyari Ajas.

He said that that cognizance has been taken under the relevant sections of law in PS Sumbal.
