Fine of Rs 25,000 were imposed on the violators

Assistant Labour Commissioner Pulwama Hafsa Qayoom along with her team conducted a surprise visit of different markets of district on Sunday. During the visit fine of Rs 25000 was imposed on those who found violating J&K Shops and Establishments and Child Labour Act.
According to our correspondent In order to implement the Labour laws Assistant Labour Commissioner Pulwama Hafsa Qayoom along with Labour officer and Labour Inspector and other officials conducted a surprise visit in different markets of district, During the visit team conduct inspections under J&K Shops and Establishments Act and Child Labour Act at Pulwama, Awantipora and Lethpora
During the inspection, they found violations of the rules at some places, after which they imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the violators. On this occasion, Assistant Labour Commissioner directed all the shopkeepers and other concerned to follow the rules issued by the Labor Department, and said that anyone found violating the rules will be punished according to Law
