Srinagar, Sep 25: (JKNN). The second phase of Assembly Elections 2024 witnessed strong public participation as all 26 assembly constituencies reported a 54 percent voter turnout by 5:00 PM, according to the Chief Electoral Officer of Jammu & Kashmir.
