Army soldier allegedly commits suicide in Baramulla
Baramulla, July 31 (KS) : An army soldier allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with his service riffle in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday officials said.
They told news agency Kashmir Scroll that one soldier (name withheld) who was posted at Baramulla’s Rastriya Rifle camp near Guru Nanak High School, commited suicide by shooting himself with his service riffle inside the unit.
They said the reason behind the suicide was not known immediately as a police party had rushed to the spot to ascertain the details. (KS)
