A religious scholar ‘Molvi’ named Hazafu Rehman arrested for sexually molesting a young girl while teaching the Quran in Srinagar

A religious scholar named Hazafu Rehman, son of Ab Basit, residing in Udham Nagar, Uttarakhand, and temporarily staying in Gulberg Colony, has been arrested for sexually molesting a young girl while teaching the Quran.

A First Information Report (FIR) with number 90/2023, under the applicable legal sections, has been filed at the Sadar Police Station.
