Case Registered Against Srinagar Resident Alleged of Assaulting PDD Lineman

Srinagar, Feb 23 (KS): A resident of Soiteng Srinagar has been booked for assaulting a PDD lineman.

A police official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that taking cognisance of a complaint by a PDD employee, they lodged a case against one Ghulam Mohiuddin Parray of Soiteng.

“The PDD employee has said in his complaint that he was on duty when the accused assaulted him,” the official said.

“The power services to the accused have also been stopped”, the official said.

“A case stands registered against the accused for action under law”, the official added. (KS)
