Cabinet Approves Sripriya Ranganathan as Secretary (CPV & OIA)
New Delhi, Dec 31 (KNC): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Ms. Sripriya Ranganathan (IFS: 1994), Grade-I of the Indian Foreign Service, as Secretary (Consular, Passport and Visa & Overseas Indian Affairs).
According to an official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Ms. Ranganathan will take charge as Secretary (CPV & OIA) following the superannuation of Shri Arun Kumar Chatterjee (IFS: 1992), who retires from service on December 31, 2025.
The approval was conveyed through an order issued from the Secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, dated December 31, 2025. (KNC)
