Shopkeeper Injured After Attacked by Unkonwn Persons With Stone in Rajouri, hospitalized

Rajouri, Dec 25 (KNC): A shopkeeper was injured after being attacked by unidentified persons near Teryath Market in Rajouri district on Thursday.
Official sources told news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC), the incident occurred in the evening hours when the victim, identified as 25-year-old, a resident of Bambal was returning to his room on foot after closing his shop.
During this time, unknown assailants allegedly hurled a heavy stone at him, which struck his head, causing serious injury. The attackers fled the spot on a motorcycle immediately after the assault.
Locals from the nearby area rushed to the scene and shifted the injured shopkeeper to the Primary Health Centre (PHC), where he received medical treatment and required 5-6 stitches on his head.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and further investigation is underway.â(KNC)
