Welfare fund scheme has been recently scrapped by the Govt without ordering audit of funds accumulated in the same till revocation.

Besides no better alternative has been brought forward till date which is unfortunate.
   DPC of executive staff at Divl and District level is pending from decades and no one is paying heed to resolve genuine issues and demands.

Electricity department being highly risk prone but it’s field staff is not granted risk allowance which is injustice to thousands of employees whose hundreds of colleagues have lost their precious lives in the line of duty.

The regularisation processs of PDLs is in cold storage and nothing substantial is being done in this behalf which results in demoralisation of thousands of DRWs who are working day and night for the betterment of Department.
