69-Year-Old Kashmiri Man from Srinagar Missing in Delhi Since December 2
Family Appeals for Public Help to Trace Gulam Qadir Burki

Srunagar Dec 5: (JKNN) A 69-year-old man, Gulam Qadir Burki, originally from Khanyar, Srinagar, has been missing from Delhi since December 2, around 5:00 PM. According to the family, he was last seen in Bogal Market, Kashmiri Park, Delhi, before he suddenly went out of contact.
Speaking to JKNews Nation, the family members said they had gone out for shopping when the incident took place.
“We had gone for shopping and were short of some money. Qadir told us, ‘You go ahead, I will come on my own.’ Since then, we have been calling his number, but the phone remains switched off,” the family said.
They added that despite contacting the Delhi Police and making every possible effort on their own, there has been no clue about his whereabouts.
“We have
everywhere and informed the police, but we have not been able to trace him yet,” the relatives said.
The worried family has now appealed to the general public to help locate the elderly man.
