Whether it’s a regular day or a rainy one, Bashir Ahmad can be found walking at Kashmir University, where he prioritizes his well-being through daily exercise and active involvement in sports.

He said, “The key is to wake up early in the morning, offer your prayers to Allah, and then go for a walk. It’s also the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children develop good habits by waking up early and staying away from unhealthy activities.
