45-year-old man hangs self to death in Shopian village

Srinagar, Nov 10 (KS): A 45-year-old man allegedly hanged self to death in Batapora village in south Kashmir’s Shopian district, sources said.
The sources told Kashmir Scroll that a man namely Irshad Ahmad Wani, son of Late Mohammad Yousaf Wani, resident of Batapora Shopian was found hanging himself at his home.
The body was recovered by a police team and taken to District Hospital Shopian, they said.
A police official confirmed to Kashmir Scroll about the recovery of the body and said that they are ascertaining further details. (KS)
