14 Marla Residential Land Belonging To Terror Associate’s Family Attached At Ashtengoo Bandipora Under UA(P)A

Srinagar, Dec 6 (KS): Fourteen marla of residential land belonging to family of a terror associate was on Wednesday attached by Jammu and Kashmir Police in Bandipora district under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, officials said.
A senior police officer informed news agency Kashmir Scroll that the land was attached with regard to a case vide FIR number 43/2022.
The land, the officials said, belongs to the family of a terror associate of LeT, Irfan Ahmad Bhat, whose brother had also exfiltrated to Pakistan in 2000. (KS)
